Stepdad: I got an email from Hertz today, and nowhere in the email did it say "Merry Christmas," just "Happy Holidays" this and that, which is a big no-no.
Me: Well, it's being respectful to those who don't celebrate Christmas.
Stepdad: Yeah... but it IS the Christmas season.
Me: Yeah, maybe for Christians.
And that's where the conversation ended because he knew he was walking into a fight.
